No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bites
Intro: Healthy-ish and so easy to whip up—these bites are perfect for quick energy snacks!
Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

½ cup peanut butter

¼ cup honey or maple syrup

100g Fire Mountain Chocolate (melted)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt
Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.

Roll into small balls and place on a tray.

Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
